Complaints procedure.
Penistone FM is a voluntary non profit radio station run by volunteers in our spare time. We endeavour to do our best to insure you enjoy our programmes and features, we train and develop our volunteers to a high standard and have numerous mechanism’s in place to prevent errors, however we are all human and sometimes errors do occur, if you feel that you wish to complain about something you have heard on Penistone FM then please let us know.

You complaint will be dealt with by a director of the station and if you provide contact details, a response will be provided.
