A successful Sheffield based engineering company requires an administrator to help with the day to day running of a busy admin office. The role will cover all aspects but not excluding:

Providing day to day point of contact for customers for all post order activity
Inputting sales orders within the company defined process
Expediting customer orders and provide delivery information
Dealing with invoice/price queries
Dealing with customer complaints and respond as necessary

Desirable – Dealing with overseas clients and couriers, placing orders and creating invoices.

An immediate start is available.

£9-£10 per hour (18k-20k)

Full time temporary ongoing – 6 months with possibility of becoming permanent for right candidate

Mon- Fri – 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm
