This Teaching/Support Assistant role would suit a strong Psychology graduate with a degree of 2:2 or higher. The ideal candidate will be keen to explore a career in educational psychology and eager to gain further school-based experience working with pupils highlighted as having additional needs. This is a full time, long term role and will offer you a wealth of hands-on experience, working with some highly regarded practitioners.

Your role will be to work closely alongside the SENCO, and with children highlighted as having additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and Emotional and Social Behaviour issues. You must have a strong understanding of best practice surrounding these pupils. You must be confident and have an unshakeable enthusiasm and give 100% to every challenge.
