Receptionist required for immediate start in Sheffield Temporary £17,500
Working for a busy city business services organisation in North Sheffield you will be part of a professional office support team.
This position requires an immediate start and will be temporary, this post will be available on an ongoing basis.
You will have held a similar reception based post and be available to start without having to serve any notice period.
Your new role
This position will report to the Office Manager and will take responsibility for the full reception area. Ideally you will have previously held a similar receptionist based post and be extremely professional in person and over the telephone. You will be able to demonstrate on application the ability to complete the duties and responsibilities of the role as outlined below;
– Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
– Answering all incoming calls into the business , handling enquiries and transferring calls
– Booking meetings rooms
– Handling deliveries
–Providing refreshments to visitors and for meetings
– Admin support when required
– Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a proven receptionist with administration experience. You will be professional in person and over the telephone and be able to start work with immediate effect.
