MPDL LLP are looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team. The Receptionist provides prompt, courteous service to customers either on the phone or in person.

You will:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Check on status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
Keep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Answer emails.

You must have :

A professional attitude and appearance.
Strong customer service skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
The ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.

Salary is £8 to £13 per hour.

The receptionist position will be open until filled.
