An opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Operations Analyst to work in conjunction within the IT Service Operations Manager in Sheffield S5 7AU.

The post-holder will work with the in-house team that provides software & systems development and maintenance services of the IT service management toolset Cherwell.

Duties will include:
Create new user accounts, teams and roles and permissions within Cherwell
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Service Catalogue
Develop, maintain and optimise existing automated workflows and business logic
Create and maintain dashboards to improve service monitoring and reporting
Contribute to the maintenance and development of a Self Service Portal, which includes Graphic design/web development
Assist with the building, testing and deployment of system upgrades to ensure data integrity and business continuity
Writing scripts to automate service processes, standardising workflows and improving customer experience

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about IT and is self-motivated to learn and develop. They will be required to have a full working knowledge of end point devices and appropriate knowledge to maintain a wide variety of healthcare and business systems. As an IT Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the resolution of service requests/faults, remotely or in person across Sheffield.

You will be expected to work as a member of an integrated IT team, but in addition should be capable of unsupervised working.

Salary: £19,409 to £22,683 pa
