If you answered yes to the above, G4S Events would like to invite you to apply to be a Customer Care Steward to work at some of the most prestigious events in Sheffield and across the UK.
These exciting opportunities could see you working at large scale events which include the Grand National, Download Festival, British Summertime Festival, the golf Open Championship, Silverstone F1, T in the Park, cricket, rugby and football matches as well as countless others.
Role Responsibility:
As a Customer Care Event Steward you will be helping in all manners of ways including, but not limited to:
Ticket Checking
Directing patrons
Crowd monitoring
Hospitality and Car Park Stewarding
Providing general guidance to the public.
Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event.
Please note that you do NOT need an SIA License to apply for this vacancy.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Ideally you will have customer service experience with a common sense approach to working with the public. You will need to demonstrate a friendly and approachable yet professional attitude through excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility is also important as shifts can fall on evenings and weekends.
