There is an exciting opportunity in the Student Support Team in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering for someone with a dedication to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support the undergraduate recruitment process, from first enquiry to registration, working closely with the Admissions Tutor, the Director of Recruitment and key colleagues across the Department and Faculty. The post holder will also play a key role in supporting employability activities in the Department.
We are seeking candidates educated to degree level (or having equivalent experience) who have expertise in using IT systems, effective communication skills and experience in student administration.
Salary: £22,417 to £25,941 per year
