The Tour de Yorkshire Land Art Competition is BACK for 2018 so business, landowners, farmers, schools, community groups – and anyone else with a creative spark – why not get involved? Land art is now a much-loved feature of the race, seen by over 9.7 MILLION people in 180 COUNTRIES around the world courtesy of full, live TV coverage.

Welcome to Yorkshire are now inviting a new batch of entries and can’t wait to see your imaginative, quirky and humorous designs as the TV helicopters follow the peloton’s progress!

Before the race, tell them about your plans and send your pictures, so TV producers know what to look out for as they plan their coverage. Think who, what, where and why. Email Becky Kay on [email protected] with this information. Welcome to Yorkshire will shortlist their 20 favourite land art pieces which the public will then vote on and one lucky winner will receive the coveted land art trophy! Land art doesn’t need to be bicycle or tour related. So be truly imaginative. Think what would sum up this area.

The Tour de Yorkshire runs between 3 – 6 May 2018.
